Free shipping eligibility is based on your order subtotal after discounts and before taxes.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please allow time for your order to be processed before shipment. Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.
Order Changes & Cancellations
We begin processing orders quickly, so we can’t guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once it has been placed.
If you need to make a change, email contact@beyondcourt.com as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help.
Returns
We want you to love your Beyond Court pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed and unaltered
- In their original condition
- Returned with all original tags attached
Returns that do not meet the eligibility requirements above may be declined. If a returned item shows signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, or missing tags or packaging, we may return the item to you or deduct a reasonable amount from the refund to reflect any loss in value. We’ll contact you before taking either action.
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return.
To start a return, email contact@beyondcourt.com or submit a request through our Contact page with your order number and the item(s) you’d like to return. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label and return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you to confirm your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow 7–10 business days for us to process your return after it is received. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.
Exchanges
Need another size or color? We’re happy to help.
Exchanges requested within 30 days of delivery are free, including return shipping and shipping of the replacement item.
To request an exchange, email contact@beyondcourt.com or use our Contact page with your order number and the size or color you’d like instead.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If your requested item is no longer available, we’ll issue a refund for the returned item instead.
